1 Cup of Sushi Rice
1.2 Cups of Water
2.5 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon of Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
Then: Cook the rice for 10 minutes with water in the pressure cooker on White Rice Setting {or look at your pressure cooker Manual}
*When the rice is done cooking, mix in the Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt sauce and stir until it's well combined
Sometimes traditional rice is fanned and put in a special bowl, but we follow the steps above and let it cool in the pressure cooker pot.
